1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and inibet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino services accessible at inibet.cam. By accessing or using the inibet platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the inibet platform and close your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the inibet website, mobile web application, and all associated software, tools, content, and services operated under the domain inibet.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player Funds" means the balance held in your inibet account, comprising deposits made by the player and any bonus credits or winnings credited thereto.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or similar incentive offered by inibet subject to the specific promotional terms applicable at the time of offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions, including higher-value withdrawals, can be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the inibet platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the inibet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. inibet strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification.
2. You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold player accounts.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must be opened and operated exclusively for the personal use of the registered account holder.
4. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned from inibet for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
5. You are not listed on any financial sanctions list or designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) in circumstances that would prohibit the operation of a gaming account.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of inibet or any of its affiliated entities.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the inibet platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds pending investigation. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify inibet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. inibet will never contact you to request your password.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

inibet is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, any documentation reasonably required for identity verification, including a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

Player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are stated in MYR unless expressly indicated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

inibet accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. inibet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals to DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification level appropriate to the withdrawal amount.
• If you have accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must have been fully satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed your verified account balance, net of any active bonus amounts that have not yet been fully rolled over.
• inibet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 per transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by inibet are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, payment method, and email address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim period. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• inibet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus obligations already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (rollover) specify the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to place RM 3,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets and slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, and slot titles available on the inibet platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed with a bet reference number, the odds and terms of that wager are fixed. inibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are provided by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer in real time and governed by the rules of the respective game. Any technical disconnection during a live game round will be governed by the game provider's disconnection policy, the outcome of which inibet accepts as final.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators to determine outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages verified by independent testing laboratories. Individual session results may differ significantly from the published RTP.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the inibet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or allowing a third party to operate an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other platform process.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of inibet.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the inibet platform — including but not limited to the inibet brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of inibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, sale, or commercial exploitation of any content on the inibet platform without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inibet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if inibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

inibet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their inibet account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

inibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

inibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request from the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to administrative fees as described in the account management policy.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonuses) will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

inibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of material amendments, we will provide notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the registered address on your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which inibet is registered and licenced to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to inibet's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the relevant jurisdiction. Players retain any rights afforded to them under the consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
